SCOPE — Terms of Use
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These terms govern the SCOPE application. They are separate from, and in addition to, the website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where you have a signed order or agreement with us for SCOPE, that agreement takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.
Account access may use Google authorisation (Google Sign-In); where it does, Google verifies your identity and we do not store your Google password. Paid access is sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Your use of this product is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. About these terms
SCOPE ("Service") is provided by GO360 Limited ("GO360.biz", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the Isle of Man with company number 139095C, registered office [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, ISLE OF MAN]. By accessing or using SCOPE you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
SCOPE is a telecom and infrastructure project lifecycle platform covering Planning, Design, Build, Handover, and Maintenance, with programme management, supplier document handling, audits, and integrations.
3. Access, accounts and authentication
Access is restricted to authorised users and may require an access token or single sign-on. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for ensuring your users comply with these terms. We may suspend access to protect the Service or other users.
4. Commercial terms
Access is provided under the order, subscription, or written agreement entered into between you and us. Where no separate agreement exists, the Service may be made available for evaluation or demonstration only, on an "as is" basis and with no warranty.
5. Your data and content
You retain all rights in the data and content you or your users submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and lawful bases to provide Customer Data (including any personal data) to us, and for its accuracy and legality. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any data processing terms agreed with you.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), upload malicious code, or infringe the rights of others.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data and third-party open-source components), is owned by or licensed to GO360.biz. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term.
9. Third-party services
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare and may integrate with third-party services including Salesforce (CRM), AI providers (OpenAI / Anthropic) for optional AI features, and an email delivery provider. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising from use of the Service.
