1. About these terms

This website, go360.biz ("Site"), is operated by GO360 Limited ("GO360.biz", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated in the Isle of Man with company number 139095C and registered office at [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS, ISLE OF MAN].

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2. Changes to these terms and the Site

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last revised, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms. We may also change, suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the Site without notice and without liability.

3. Accessing the Site

The Site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict availability for business or operational reasons. You are responsible for arranging your own access to the Site and for ensuring that anyone accessing it through your connection is aware of these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any harmful purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
  • interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site, including by introducing viruses or malicious code;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site without our consent;
  • misuse, copy, or reproduce content except as permitted by these Terms; or
  • use the Site in any way that could harm us, our users, or our reputation.

You must also comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out prohibited content and conduct in full — including a strict prohibition on unlawful content, child sexual abuse material, terrorist or violent extremist content, pornographic or obscene material, and hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content (including on grounds of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability).

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content, branding, logos, design, text, graphics, and materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to GO360.biz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, technical, legal, or other advice. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties that it is accurate, complete, or current, and you should not rely on it. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.

The Site describes our software products. Access to and use of those products is governed by separate terms and agreements provided with each product, which supplement these Terms (including the payment terms below). Each product's terms also acknowledge the open-source software it uses:

8. Account access and authentication

Some products and features require an account. Where we offer sign-in through Google authorisation (Google Sign-In / OAuth), your identity is verified by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy. In that case we rely on Google to authenticate you: we do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not process your Google account personal data beyond the basic profile information needed to create and manage your session and access permissions. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for activity carried out under it.

9. Payments

Where a product or service is provided on a paid basis, payments are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates). Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for these transactions, which means that Paddle — not GO360.biz — is the seller of record and is responsible for the payment transaction, billing, currency handling, fraud screening, and the calculation, collection, and remittance of any applicable sales taxes or VAT.

When you make a purchase you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and acknowledge Paddle's privacy policy. Your card and payment details are provided directly to and processed by Paddle; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations operate in accordance with the plan you select at checkout and Paddle's terms. Receipts and invoices are issued by Paddle, and refunds are handled in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Paddle's terms.

10. Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products, or practices of any third-party site.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions, and terms (whether express or implied) that might otherwise apply, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on any content, including (without limitation) any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Entire agreement and third-party rights

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights to enforce them, including under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 (Isle of Man).

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by the law of the Isle of Man. You and we agree that the courts of the Isle of Man will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site, except that we may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are located or where a breach occurs.
